Studio for up to 4 people located on the heights of La Clusaz, a 15-minute walk from the village center.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities: skiing, tobogganing, canoeing, kayaking, accrobranche, mountain biking, paragliding.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost, so that we can offer you the apartment at the most competitive price possible.

Accommodation
Bright 27m² studio located in the hills above La Clusaz, on the 2nd floor with elevator. It comprises:
- A living room with a sofa bed;
- A mountain corner with 2 single beds;
- A fully-equipped kitchenette;
- A shower room with WC;
A balcony for aperitifs with a view of the slopes.
A ski locker is located in the entrance hall of the building.
Facilities : Dishwasher, TV, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, raclette machine, fondue set, board games, hairdryer, small space heater for the off-season. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
Parking: Some free parking spaces in front of the building.
Childcare: Baby equipment available, please contact us.

- 10 minutes from the Clusaz ice rink;

Location
Renowned worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune in Haute Savoie at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town boasts breathtaking mountain views, including Mont Blanc. Winter and summer alike, you'll be able to recharge your batteries here, thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. With a ski area spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can ski or snowboard to your heart's content in winter, or walk or bike in summer.
