The well-decorated apartment is perfect for a ski holiday. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds of the following type: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, a bathroom, a fully-equipped, functional kitchen and a lovely lounge area with sofa and TV. You'll particularly appreciate the BALCONY for the VIEW you'll have from the accommodation.

The apartment's location is ideal: 3 minutes by car from the slopes and the gondola lift to the Prorel summit and the Rocher Blanc ridge, where you can take full advantage of winter activities such as downhill skiing, ice climbing and snowshoeing .... A true sportsman's paradise, you'll also be spoilt for choice in summer by hiking, mountaineering, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding...
The Géant Casino in Briançon's Grande Boucle shopping center is a 10-minute walk away, as is the Grand Boucle pharmacy, and numerous other shops (cheese shop, Fnac, Tabac Presse, market every Wednesday and Sunday...). You can also visit the Parc de la Schappe (10 min. drive), the Vauban fortress of Briançon with the Fort du Château and the Pont d'Asfeld (5 min. drive), and spend a day at the Grimp In Forest amusement park.

Location
At the crossroads of five Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphiné town and the seat of important trade fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the town of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical position.
The radiating structure of these valleys provided the town with relatively easy external access to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.
This dense communications network has long made Briançon a land of passage, a major crossroads in the heart of the Alps, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures.
Easily accessible from the resort of Serre-Chevalier, you can enter Europe's highest fortified town through the Porte de Pignerol, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3pm every day, led by guides certified by the French Ministry of Culture, in French, English and Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
