I'd like to invite you to my charming, bright and comfortable apartment in the heart of Briançon. It's perfect for up to 6 people, so why not take advantage of it and go away together? You'll also have two lovely TERRACES with a beautiful VIEW of the mountains, green in summer and white in winter.

Accommodation
The well-decorated apartment is perfect for a ski holiday or for enjoying the mountains to the full in summer. It has 3 bedrooms, each with 3 double beds and a TV, a bathroom, a shower room, a fully-equipped and functional open-plan kitchen and a lovely living area with sofa and TV. You'll particularly appreciate the two TERRACES for the VIEW you'll have from the accommodation.
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, you'll find the following at your disposal: Elevator, 2 parking spaces in a secure garage; including 1 private space and a closed box to store bikes or skis in addition to the car, the ski locker is fitted at the back of the box with heated ski rack, Coffee machine, Toaster, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Raclette machine.

The apartment's location is ideal: 7 minutes' walk from the slopes and the gondola lift to the Prorel summit and the Rocher Blanc ridge, where you can take full advantage of winter activities such as downhill skiing, ice climbing and snowshoeing .... A true sportsman's paradise, you'll also be spoilt for choice in summer by hiking, mountaineering, climbing, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding...

The Grande Boucle shopping center is a 10-minute walk away, as is the Grand Boucle pharmacy, and Briançon's Casino Circus is an 8-minute walk away. You can also visit the Parc de la Schappe (10 min. walk), Briançon's Vauban fortress with the Fort du Château and the Pont d'Asfeld (10 min. walk), and spend a day at the Grimp In Forest amusement park.

Location
A land of passage at the crossroads of five Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphiné town, home to major trade fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the town of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical position.
The radiating structure of these valleys provided the town with relatively easy external access to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.
This dense communications network has long made Briançon a land of passage, a major crossroads in the heart of the Alps, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures.
Easily accessible from the Serre-Chevalier resort, you can enter Europe's highest fortified town through the Porte de Pignerol, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3pm every day, led by guides certified by the French Ministry of Culture, in French, English and Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
