Chalet-style apartment with GARDEN of 45 square meters at the foot of the La Clusaz slopes.
Located at the foot of the "le Var" green run, mountain bike trails and paragliding landing in summer, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people.

Accommodation
45m2 family apartment ideally located at the foot of the piste verte and on garden level. It comprises:
- A living room with sofa bed and TV;
- A bright bedroom with 1 double bed and a closet;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A bathroom;
- An independent toilet;
For your aperitifs, there's a terrace and a garden (not enclosed) where you can admire the breathtaking view of the Balme Massif.
A ski locker is located in the basement garage.
Facilities : Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, raclette machine, fondue machine, waffle maker, mixer, board games, hairdryer, washing machine.
1 private parking space in front of the building.
Baby equipment: cot and booster seat available.
You'll be staying :
- At the foot of the pistes,
- A 15-minute walk from the Bossonnet ski lifts;
- 5 minutes by car from the center of La Clusaz;
- U Express 5 minutes away by car, Carrefour Montagne 4 minutes away by car.
- A cinema is a 3-minute drive away.
You can also go on an adventure and discover Annecy, a 50-minute drive away.

Location
