Welcome to the Hautes-Alpes, a unique region where the Mediterranean influence is felt through generous sunshine.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a mountain residence, facing due south.
The kitchen and living room are adjoined by a balcony overlooking the slopes.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk-bed corner. A shower room guarantees your comfort.
Accommodation
Ideal for 4 people, my apartment has 2 bedrooms, with a double bed and a bunk bed. It has a ski room with sledges. You can also store your bikes. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
Les Charmettes is located in the heart of five valleys: Guisane, Clarée, Cerveyrette, Vallouise and Freissinière, at the gateway to the Parc Naturel des Ecrins.
You can relax in several wellness establishments such as the Grands Bains du Monêtier or Durancia in Montgenèvre.
During your stay, you'll be captivated by the peaks.
You can ski, canoe, bike, climb, hike... or cycle up the Galibier and Izoard passes!
In Briançon, the peaks and ski resorts of Serre Chevalier, Montgenèvre, Puy St Vincent, Sestrière, La Grave and the Queyras are not far away.
The Prorel cable car is just 15 minutes away.

Location
Briançon is located in the Hautes Alpes at an altitude of 1,326 meters, in the upper Durance valley. A fortified town, art and history are an integral part of Briançon's heritage. The town is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, paragliding, canoeing, rafting and, in winter, skiing (over 1,000m of slopes, 8 minutes by car).
