Magnificent chalet-style studio with balcony in Demi-Quartier.
Welcome to my home!
I am pleased to welcome you to my chalet-style studio with BALCONY which is ready to accommodate 4 people. It is located close to the Jaillet cable car. The accommodation is well suited to a tourist stay and its location allows you to discover the atmosphere of the surrounding sites.

Accommodation
The studio comprises a living room with a sofa bed and a bunk bed, a shower room with bath and a fully-equipped kitchen. It also has a BALCONY with a magnificent VIEW.
Facilities include hair dryer, TV, Tassimo coffee machine and microwave.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.
It's close to the "SEM LES PORTES DU MONT-BLANC" ski resort, where you can go skiing, snowshoeing and snowboarding in winter, and hiking in summer.
Le Palais Megève also opens its doors to a multitude of activities: swimming pools, balneotherapy, ice rink, fitness rooms...
For movie nights, the Cinéma Panoramic is an 8-minute drive away.
The MB Bike Shop mountain bike rental service is just 11 minutes away, so you can explore the surrounding area by bike.
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For day-to-day shopping, there's a Casino supermarket just 10 minutes from the property.
