I invite you to my charming 65-square-meter apartment, located in downtown Briançon, on the 4th and top floor with elevator of a new residence. It's perfect for up to 4 people! You'll have a lovely TERRACE, with a superb VIEW of the mountains, green in summer and snow-covered in winter.

Accommodation
My apartment is beautifully decorated and perfectly suited to a tourist stay. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room.
You'll particularly appreciate the lovely, large TERRACE for the VIEW it affords of the surrounding mountains and Briançon's old town!
Parking, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, raclette machine, toaster, hairdryer, TV... are all at your disposal.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before guests arrive.
The apartment's location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk from the Prorel gondola, which provides access to the slopes of the Briançon ski resort and the resorts of the Serre Chevalier valley. You'll be able to take full advantage of winter activities (downhill skiing, of course, but also cross-country skiing, ski touring, ice skating, snowshoeing, ice climbing...).
In summer, you can take part in activities such as hiking, mountaineering, climbing, via ferrata, cycling, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding...
You can also visit the old town and its Vauban fortifications, a UNESCO World Heritage site (15 minutes' walk), or the Parc de la Schappe and spend some time at the "Grimp In Forest" amusement park (10 minutes' walk).
You'll be staying in the heart of the town center, where you'll find everything you need: restaurants, ski stores, bakeries, chemists, cinemas...
For your shopping needs, you'll have plenty of options, including the Carrefour City and Leclerc supermarkets and the Centre commercial de la Grande Boucle, all less than 10 minutes' walk away.
On Wednesdays and Sundays, you can shop at the covered market, just 2 steps from the apartment.

Location
At the crossroads of five Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphiné town and the seat of important trade fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the town of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical position.
The radiating structure of these valleys provided the town with relatively easy external access to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.
This dense communications network has long made Briançon a land of passage, a major crossroads in the heart of the Alps, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures.
Easily accessible from the resort of Serre-Chevalier, you can enter Europe's highest fortified town through the Porte de Pignerol, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3pm every day, led by guides certified by the French Ministry of Culture, in French, English and Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
