Nice and comfortable apartment of 80 m2 with sea view. it is presented as a ground floor, but it is accessible by about twenty steps. A beautiful private terrace surrounds the apartment. The first creek is 150 m away (see photo of the beach).
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with closets, an open living space, the modern kitchen is fully equipped. For indoor dining there is a large central island with seating, a large comfortable living room furnished with two three-seater sofas including a sofa bed. The flat screen television offers French channels. On the terrace a large table allows you to eat, the gas barbecue / plancha is also at your disposal.
A private PARKING SPACE is proposed to the tenant and it is located on the parking lot.
Ideal family, playground, entertainment at the Port and restaurants all within walking distance at 1 km.
