Magnificent 21 square meter studio located in Bandol.
Welcome to Bandol! Charming studio with 13m² terrace directly overlooking the pool! The studio is ideal for a family, with bunk beds in the entrance and a sofa for 2 in the living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Quiet, secure residence, 250 m on foot from the sea and beaches, 350 m from local shops, 300 m from Parc du Canet (sports courses, pétanque, etc.) and 600 m from the center and port and 10 mn from the train station, so everything is within walking distance!
Accommodation
The studio is very pleasant, bright and functional. It includes a bunk bed for children, a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom.
The apartment has a 13 m2 terrace (table, chairs and deckchairs are available), which will be much appreciated in summer!
The apartment is fully equipped, with all new appliances.

The location is ideal, 3 minutes' walk from Parc du Cannet and the coastal path, beaches (accessible by footpath), 10 minutes from the famous port of Bandol. Just a few minutes by boat from the port of Bandol, you can visit the islands of Bendor and Embiez, renowned for their charm, craftsmanship, nature and calm. A true haven of peace: calm, the joys of the sea and walks or bike rides.
The studio is also close to the center, with all amenities (restaurants, stores, market, grocery stores, bakery...).
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest's arrival.
Location
Ideally located near the beaches and the coastal path. The residence is less than a 10-minute walk (5 minutes by car) from the port of Bandol and its many restaurants and stores. The Quai Charles de Gaulle has been completely redeveloped.
Bandol is a seaside resort in the Var between Toulon and Marseille. Bandol can be reached by car, with a freeway exit just a few minutes from the village center. Bandol also has a train station with TGV and TER services. The station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. To get you in the mood as soon as you arrive, you can take the Bandol TOUC TOUC bus to the apartment.
In season, Bandol offers a wide range of events, including a night market for artisans, musical entertainment and a festival in August.
Bandol boasts several supervised beaches within walking distance, with private beach services and restaurants. Water sports activities are also available, including parachuting, jet skis and boat rides. The nautical school offers catamaran and paddle courses. Bandol has a gaming casino open all year round.
Transport
You can do everything on foot without taking the car. The daily market is on the Quai de Charles de Gaulle. Large pay parking lots in the city center.
From Bandol, you can access the Paul-Ricard Islands, including Bendor, Ile des Embiez and Porquerolles, by sea shuttle. Numerous excursions are available from the port of Bandol, including visits to the Calanques de Cassis, discovering the seabed, diving sessions....
You can also quickly reach many of the region's tourist attractions, including Sanary sur Mer and its market, Cassis and its Calanques, Hyéres and the Gien peninsula, as well as Marseille and Toulon.
Saint-Tropez is around 1h30 away, and Nice 2h.
