Housed in an old stone barn, this gîte adjoins a second gîte. The spacious, tastefully decorated living room exudes conviviality. Enjoy the dining area with its open kitchen and central island. In season, you'll find yourself in the living room by the fire. On the terrace, you'll be able to admire the surrounding countryside: valleys, a secure pond and paths. The owners, who live in the house adjoining the gîte, can advise you on visits and walks. There's also a play area (slide, swing, etc.) and a shared above-ground swimming pool. Unheated indoor pool. You may have the opportunity to share convivial moments in the company of other travelers. Ground floor: Kitchen opening onto living room, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. Electric heating and pellet stove.
Upstairs: 1 family room for 2 people (1 bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 windowless room for 3 people (2 beds 90 x 190cm) and 1 hanging bed 2 m high (90 x 190 cm, suitable for children over 12), 1 family suite consisting of a room for 2 people (140 x 190 cm) separated by a sliding door, 1 windowless room for 3 people, suitable for children (2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm and 1 bed 80 x 190 cm). It also has a door opening directly onto the corridor. 1 bedroom for 2 people (140 x 190 cm), 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom (shower) accessible via a dressing room. The cosy mezzanine lounge invites you to relax. Maximum capacity 15 people.
PLUS DU GITE: Beds made up on arrival if optional, linen, electricity and heating included.
