Welcome to Cannes! I welcome you to my magnificent 39-square-meter apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator, just one minute from Quai Saint-Pierre.
It's ideally located near the Musée des Explorations du Monde (5 min walk) and the Vieux Port (8 min walk).
You'll be able to stroll through a quiet neighborhood and discover the charming Provencal village that has become a world tourism reference.

The property is within easy reach of the famous Régates Royales (3 min walk), where exceptional sailboats compete in a race in the Bay of Cannes, and the Forville market (4 min walk) from Tuesday to Sunday, where you can shop and discover the stalls of Cannes' market gardeners, cheesemongers and fishmongers.
For a stroll, don't miss the Croisette, where you can appreciate the charm of Cannes' mythical palaces, the Palais des Festivals, and the Suquet district, built on a hill for a lovely view over the bay. Fancy a boat trip? Discover the Lérins islands, where you can enjoy nature and swimming close to the city.
