Welcome to ANTIBES! I'd like to welcome you to my magnificent, fully renovated 20-square-meter studio, located in a luxury, quiet residence with park, 2 tennis courts and 2 swimming pools in Antibes.
It's ideally located near the Vauban port (8 min by car) and Fort Carré (13 min by car).

Accommodation
The accommodation is charming, comfortable and fully equipped, making it ideal for a tourist stay. It includes a sofa bed, shower and toilet, kitchenette and can accommodate up to two people.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you'll have everything you need at your disposal: Private parking, Garage, Coffee machine (Nespresso), Mini-oven, Microwave, Washing machine and Tumble dryer, Wifi (fiber), fridge and freezer, access to bike room. TWO SWIMMING POOLS and TENNIS COURTS are available for fun, refreshment and sport at the residence!
Discover this small seaside resort located between Cannes and Nice, passing through the old town of Antibes, which lies at the heart of the ramparts of the ancient fortified city, and the Vauban port for a stroll along the quays and admire the beautiful boats. Not far from the port, you can visit Fort Carré, which rises 26 meters above sea level and offers a panoramic view of the whole of Antibes.
For water sports, there's Marineland to the north of the town, Plage de la Gravette, Plage du Salis, Plage du Ponteil and the creeks of Cap d'Antibes.
Restaurants and shops are nearby. A mini-market is just 450 m from the property.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.
Location
Antibes is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes on the Côte d'Azur. It's a city built by the Greeks that has retained its authenticity; in the old town, you can discover medieval ramparts, Provencal markets and traditional flower-filled architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the Tire Poil trail at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. This charming town combines culture with the hustle and bustle of the South, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
