Beautiful 43 square meter apartment located in La Salle-Les-Alpes.
Welcome to La Salle-Les-Alpes!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my 43-square-meter apartment with balcony. It's bright, tastefully decorated and located in the heart of the famous ski and hiking resort of Serre-Chevalier, and can accommodate up to 6 people. You'll have an excellent stay in a charming cocoon, ideally located at the foot of numerous ski lifts and all amenities!

Accommodation
Ideal for ski holidays with family or friends, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of the following type: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed (crib also available in the apartment). It also has a bathroom with Italian shower (separate toilet), a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after an intense day.
You'll have access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL, which is open from June to September, and can enjoy the BALCONY with direct access to the slopes and a children's playground for younger guests.
During your stay, you'll find : Dishwasher, Washing machine & Tumble dryer, Coffee machine (filter), Refrigerator, Hair dryer, Vacuum cleaner and 2 Televisions.
The accommodation is located 2 minutes' walk from a small, pleasant village shopping center (Centre Commercial Pré-long) where you'll find everything you need within easy reach: Sherpa, pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, tourist office, restaurants, bars, ski school, ski rental. There's also a small, friendly cinema and a library!
Restaurants such as La Marotte and Eau Petit Pont will introduce you to local specialities. There's even an excellent restaurant in the residence opposite the swimming pool, l'Equilibre, where you can eat in close proximity!
Enjoy the mountains and the snow, with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing. You can also make the most of our accommodation in summer, when the resort is popular with hikers, bikers and everyone else for its many sporting and outdoor activities (mountain biking, rafting, fishing in the Clarée valley, .... ).
A professional cleaning service will be provided before and after each stay.

Location
The commune is located in the heart of the Guisane valley, close to the Ecrins National Park, in the Serre-Chevalier ski area. You'll discover a wonderful landscape during your skiing or hiking sessions, as well as a rich heritage, including the church of Saint Marcellin.
For younger skiers, the apartment is located right opposite the Children's Village (Club Piou-Piou) and the start of the Chazelay group lessons.
In the next village, Monêtier-les-Bains, you can enjoy the famous thermal baths. Absolutely essential after a great day's skiing!
Finally, a 15-minute drive away, Briançon welcomes you with its famous Vauban town, superb scenery, restaurants and casino.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking lot where you can park 2 cars. You can also park them at the foot of the residence to load and unload your belongings - very practical! There's an elevator in the residence, so it's easy to transport luggage.
