Beautiful 45 square meters apartment with located in Grau-du-Roi.
Welcome to Grau-du-Roi!
I welcome you to my 45 square-meter apartment with terrace, located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It's ideally located just a 14-minute walk from Port Camargue, France's largest yachting harbor. It's ideal for a holiday with friends or family, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It comprises two bedrooms with a bunk bed and a double bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and TV, and a terrace offering a sumptuous view of the port.
Facilities include parking, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fan, bed linen, towels, microwave, oven and iron.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
Just a few minutes from Port Camargue, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a range of water sports: jet-skiing, kitesurfing, diving, sailing and windsurfing lessons, boat trips...
For a game of beach volleyball, a game of snowshoes on the water's edge, an impromptu picnic under the parasol, a swim... the beach is a 6-minute walk away.
And don't miss a visit to the ESPLANADE DES GARDIENS, a 9-minute walk away, the Old South Channel breakwater light and the ESPIGUETTE SAND BANK, a 13-minute drive away.
A mountain bike rental service is just 2 min away for exploring the surrounding area by bike. Bars and restaurants are nearby.

Location
A renowned seaside resort 30 minutes from Montpellier, Le Grau-du-Roi is located in the heart of the Camargue. Between magnificent landscapes and manades (traditional bull farms), you can enjoy a strong heritage and numerous activities. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the town features the beautiful Espiguette beach, the Seaquarium and the Arènes du Grau-du-Roi, where you can watch the typical Course Camarguaise. In the town center, you can take a stroll and, if you're lucky, watch the jousting events, boat-based tournaments between 2 teams.
