Magnificent 31 square meter apartment in Grosseto-prugna.
Welcome to Porticcio!
I'm pleased to welcome you to my charming 31-square-meter apartment. It will be suitable for a tourist stay and is ready to accommodate 4 people.
You'll love the lovely balcony with its magnificent sea view!
The beach is a 5-minute drive away, and Grosseto-Prugna town center is 20 minutes away.
There's a swimming pool on site.

Accommodation
My apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a residence, and comprises
- one bedroom
- an equipped kitchen,
- living room and bathroom.
You'll have access to the residence's communal swimming pool and parking lot.
You'll also have a terrace with a table and four chairs.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: 4 single beds, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove with oven.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
You'll be staying in a quiet area:
- 8 minutes by car from the magnificent Porticcio beach,
- 11 minutes from Agosta beach and 20 minutes from the town center.
Visit Grosseto-Prugna's must-sees, such as :
- the Gravona river (13 minutes by car),
- the Frasso Tower (20 minutes),
- the famous Tolla lake (42 minutes), and the Saint George pass (20 minutes).
here are many things to do in Grosseto-Prugna, including :
- hiking,
- small-group cruises,
- boat trips,
- canoyning,
- water rafting in the Gravona...
Location
The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the center of Porticcio, the famous seaside resort on Ajaccio's south shore. You'll be able to enjoy the magnificent beaches nearby, as well as the many restaurants and straw huts. A 20-minute drive will take you to Coti Chiavari, well known for having some of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. Just 15 minutes from Ajaccio, you can enjoy a stroll through the town center.
