Are you looking for a COMFORTABLE and CHARMING place to spend your next vacation by the sea?
I'm delighted to welcome you to my 24-square-meter apartment with balcony, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in Cabourg.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, and is ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the beach, and 11 minutes from the town center.

Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and comprises a bedroom with a bunk bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room, a living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave.
The Marcel Proust promenade (9 minutes' walk) and the famous Méridien de l'amour (15 minutes).
Stroll along Avenue de la Mer (10-minute walk) and Avenue du Marché (12-minute walk).
The great thing about my apartment is that you'll be staying just a 4-minute walk from the Plage de Cabourg, and a 10-minute drive from the huge Plage de Houlgate!
One of the must-do activities in Cabourg is catamaran sailing! The intercommunal sailing school (12 minutes away by car) offers outings for this purpose. After catamaran sailing, I recommend another water-based activity: seal watching in the Baie de l'Orne (14 minutes by car)!
From Merville-Franceville, there's a cycle path that takes you along the Orne estuary, and even to Ouistreham. So rent a bike and set off on an adventure! You'll find the Nomadeshop bike rental store just a 5-minute walk away.
For your daily needs, you'll find a Carrefour Express 11 minutes' walk away.

Location
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, on the Côte Fleurie. The town offers a wide range of activities for families, friends and individuals. Fishing and sand yachting make the 4km of fine sand, lined by the Marcel Proust Promenade and its beautiful houses, an enjoyable experience. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the resort's most beautiful buildings. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the grown-ups. Last but not least, Cabourg hosts the annual Romantic Film Festival in June.
