Magnificent 42-square-meter apartment in Saint-Raphaël.
Welcome to Saint-Raphaël!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 42-square-meter apartment, located on the 1st floor (street noise) without elevator, 5 minutes' walk from the BEACH.
It has two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and can accommodate 3 people.
It's ideally located in the city center, close to the Old Port and Jardin Bonaparte.

Accommodation
My apartment is uncluttered, well-equipped, and will be perfectly suited to a 3-person tourist stay.
It has two bedrooms with one double and one single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with dining area and TV.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Gas hob, Extractor hood, Fridge + freezer.
Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.
My apartment is located close to the Old Port (4 min walk), and you'll be staying right in the center of town!
Don't miss out on Saint-Raphaël's must-see sights: Notre-Dame Basilica (3 minutes' walk), San Rafeu Tower (7 minutes) and Bonaparte Garden (5 minutes).
The Sentier de l'Estérel and the Sentier du Littoral are only 4 minutes away by car for unforgettable walks and hikes.
As for the most beautiful beaches, you'll find :
- The magnificent Plage de la Tortue, with its excellent restaurant, is just 8 minutes away by car (pedestrian walkway under the railroad line from the post office, straight ahead after the spar).
- Plage du Veillât in the center of Saint-Raphaël (5-minute walk)
- Plage de Saint-Aygulf in the direction of Saint-Aygulf (12 minutes by car) via Fréjus.
Nautique Concept is a 5-minute drive away, and for sailing fans, Le Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is also a 5-minute drive away.
You can also enjoy other activities such as a boat trip, parasailing or an afternoon of jet-skiing!
And to complete your stay in Saint-Raphaël, I recommend renting a boat to explore the Mediterranean coastline, its creeks and beaches. You'll have the chance to discover the landscape in a whole new way from the water.
The neighborhood is quiet, and for your shopping needs, the Marché Victor Hugo is a 4-minute drive away, and a Monoprix is 2 minutes.

Location
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural city as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Victoire and the Bonaparte garden.
