Welcome to my home!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming chalet-style apartment with BALCONY offering a magnificent VIEW of the Mountains and Forest. You'll be staying close to a ski area where you can enjoy a variety of activities. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. You'll appreciate the accommodation's location, which makes it easy to discover the town and its places of interest.

Accommodation
My apartment is cosy and comprises a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge area.
Parking, television, coffee machine, oven, kettle and toaster are all at your disposal.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest.
Just 8 minutes from the ski resort, you can enjoy a wide range of winter and summer activities, including skiing, tobogganing, horse-drawn carriage rides, snowmobiling, exploring alpine meadows, hiking, paragliding, climbing, ice skating... You can also take the l'Évasion Mont Blanc ski area via the ski lifts.
A thermal spa 22 minutes away by car invites you to discover its exceptional water and soothing environment for moments of well-being. The Centre Aquatique is also 15 minutes from the accommodation. It offers a multitude of activities: swimming pools, balneotherapy, skating rink, fitness center...
Restaurants are nearby. They'll welcome you with a smile to enjoy local and other cuisine.
For your shopping needs, a Sherpa Supermarket is just an 8-minute walk away.

In winter, Saint-Gervais has two ski areas and over 500km of pistes in the heart of an exceptional environment. Whether you're a fan of downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring or just snowy landscapes, you're bound to find something to please you. Ski to the BETTEX gondola at the foot of the building.
In summer, Saint-Gervais is a paradise for nature lovers. Hiking, climbing, via-ferrata, swimming, mountaineering, mountain biking, tennis, paragliding, bungee jumping... Young and old alike can take a deep breath of fresh air right in the heart of the mountains and alpine pastures.
Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc is not just about sport, it's also about culture and discovery. Two of the region's most renowned Baroque churches, two museums, artists' residences and art exhibitions all year round.
