Magnificent 70 square metre duplex apartment with large TERRACE in Moliets-et-maa.
Welcome to the "Villa Moliets"!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 70-square-meter house, ready to accommodate up to 6 people (max. 8 people if the 2 extra people are children).
It has a spacious terrace, which will be much appreciated in summer. You'll be staying close to the Étang de Moliets, and 10 minutes by bike from 2 superb beaches.

Accommodation
My house is very comfortable, and you'll particularly appreciate its LARGE furnished TERRACE! On sunny days, you can enjoy your meals there.
Sleeping up to 6 people (max. 8 if you have 2 extra children), it has two bedrooms (one with a 160x190 double bed and the other with 2 90x190 bunk beds and a 200X200 double bed), an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a lovely living room with TV and convertible sofa (140x200), where you can easily relax.
You'll be staying in a beautiful residence with a shared swimming pool, which is a pleasant bonus! A mini golf course is available at the residence for a fee.
On the terrace, you'll find a garden shed where you'll find a plancha, bikes and 3 children's bodyboards. The terrace is very large and includes resin furniture to protect you from the summer sun.
It is private but adjoins the garden of another vacation home opposite.
There's also a parking space for 2 vehicles.
The house is professionally cleaned before and after each trip.
The village center is 8 minutes away by bike, and Moliets' 2 beaches are 10 minutes away by bike! Les Chênes Lièges, a more tranquil and secluded "green" beach, and the central Moliets beach, with its bars and restaurants in the vicinity: a choice to suit your mood of the day!
Nearby you'll find: restaurants, the adrenaline park (16-minute walk), a bike rental service...
The Étang de Moliets is a 5-minute walk away, where you can take a stroll or go fishing!
Visit other places of interest too: Courant de Huchet, Ponton du lac d'azur, Circuit du pont du Loup, Dinosaure Parc, and many more...
For your daily shopping needs, you'll find a U Express and Drive 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike, in the commune of Moliets, as well as a butcher's, baker's, chemist's and tobacconist's.

The accommodation is located on the Golf Océan estate, 10 minutes by bike from a beautiful beach, the "chênes lièges", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the Moliets International Golf Course, which itself is next to the estate: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ epitomizes the oceanic charm of the Landes coast.
