I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 40-square-meter apartment, with balcony offering a superb view of the sea, which is just 2 steps away!

Accommodation
My accommodation is charming, well-equipped and perfectly suited to a tourist stay, located on the second floor without an elevator.
Accommodating up to four people, it comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a shower room and a cosy living room with TV and sofa bed, where you can easily relax.
You'll also have a furnished balcony, where you can enjoy lunch while taking in the superb sea view and the Côte d'Azur sunshine!
Nearby you'll find bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacies... And for your daily shopping, the Casino Géant is just a 9-minute walk away.
The nearest beach is Bouches du Loup, a 3-minute walk away, and Battery, a 9-minute walk. The famous Marina Baie des Anges marina is a 6-minute drive away.
The town center is a 9-minute drive away, where you'll find Canyon Forest, the medieval fortress of Villeneuve-Loubet and the Musée Escoffier de l'Art Culinaire.
Antibes is 17 minutes away by car, Cannes 30 minutes, Cagnes-sur-Mer 10 minutes, Nice 25 minutes...
