It is located on the first floor with direct access from the magnificent gardens of the Palme d'Azur residence. It comprises a south-facing patio leading to its own small garden facing the pool. There's a living room with two single beds (90 x 190), a modern fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a shower room with separate toilet and a bedroom with double bed (140x190 ). Each room has its own independent, silent, hot or cold air-conditioning system.
The advantages of this vacation rental: The apartment is only a two-minute walk from the beach. The sunny patio and garden are ideal for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The beautifully maintained residence has two swimming pools (subject to health changes linked to the COVID-19 situation) with sun loungers; one quiet and one with restaurant and slide. The apartment offers free wifi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (hot and cold) in both bedrooms, and a private parking space.

Practical information: Situated between the sea, the mountains and the city center, this apartment is ideally located on the beachfront and a 20-minute walk along the seafront promenade from the old town and the Croisette. Just 100 meters from the bus stop, with cafés, restaurants and stores nearby. You can enjoy your vacation on foot exploring the charming old town and bustling markets, take local transport to the charming nearby villages or a boat to the islands. For those wishing to explore a little further afield, Saint Tropez and Monaco are only an hour away.
