I'm pleased to welcome you to my 60-square-meter apartment with two balconies, ready to accommodate "2 COUPLES WITH CHILDREN" (5 people).
It's a quiet 2-minute walk from Place de la Victoire, and 8 minutes from the beach.

My apartment is ready to welcome 5 people, and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a living area with a double bed and a sofa bed.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Lift, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven.
You'll also have two balconies offering a lovely view of the clean, quiet neighborhood.
You'll be right in the center of town! You'll find everything you need nearby: bars, shops, restaurants...,
Visit La Baule-Escoublac and its must-see sites such as the Musée Aéronautique Presqu'île Côte d'Amour (7 minutes by car), the Forêt d'Escoublac (6 minutes), the Parc des Dryades (6 minutes), and the Esplanade Benoît (7 minutes by car). You can enjoy a wide range of activities, including boat trips, botanical walks and bike rides on the Côte Sauvage...
You can also go on an adventure and discover :
- Guérande, where you can visit the marshes, the village... 15 minutes by car.
- Le Croisic, where you'll find the Côte Sauvage, the Pointe du Croisic, the Océarium du Croisic... 21 minutes by car.

The seaside resort was developed in the 19th century, and its town center boasts remarkable architecture.
