Unenclosed garden and courtyard on the owners' farm 100 m away, with chickens for children to discover. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and 4 gas rings, followed by a living/dining room with TV, sofa and internet access. Through the kitchen, you'll have access to the first floor and hallway, which leads to the 3 bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed, a shower room and separate WC. Outside access to laundry room with washing machine. Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Reinforced socket on site for electric car. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable barn. The best thing about this accommodation is its pleasant setting, a small hamlet where beautiful walks and excursions await you. A superb old garage renovated into a 6-person Jacuzzi with shower and WC. In the Périgord Noir region, you're 20 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, 21 km from Montignac and the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in the Vézère Valley, and 27 km from the Dordogne Valley, where you can visit medieval castles (Castelnaud, Beynac), villages ranked among the most beautiful in France (La Roque Gageac), bastides (Domme) and remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac), not forgetting outdoor activities (fishing, swimming, gabarre trips, canoeing).
