Well-located apartment, but a little noisy because it's in the city. The sea view is very nice and the 4th floor is perfect. You can walk to the center of Royan and to various beaches nearby. Even Pontaillac beach is within walking distance. There's plenty to see and do around Royan, and parking is free of charge. So a nice vacation, but only for 2 in the apartment, which is a bit small but well optimized.
