Superb apartment with sea view and swimming pool, calm and chic district, direct access to the beach. A large beach at 20 m and a creek at 100 m. Residence of standing, calm, two collective swimming pools without many people, ping pong table. Clear, spacious with a large balcony. Very well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, plancha.... air conditioning can be useful if it is very hot.
Vilanova i la geltru is a lively town, not too touristy, beautiful squares, a rambla for shooping and an old quarter.
The train station is at 15 mns walking distance, to reach the city center of Barcelona and Tarragona in 45 mns. Stiges, pretty seaside resort is 10 mns by train or car or by foot, pleasant walk along the coast in 1H if you don't stop for swimming in the creeks!
The cleaning of exit is included in the price and an inventory of fixtures is carried out with each exit to guarantee the cleanliness and a good state of the apartment.3
Here, we usually come back, that's the reason why we bought this place of holiday and that we propose to the renting qq weeks the summer!
