Magnificent 42 square meter studio in Mougins.
Welcome to the heart of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur!
I am pleased to welcome you to my charming 42-square-meter apartment with balcony, located on the 2nd floor with elevator and ready to accommodate 2 people. Ideally located 17 minutes from Cannes, it's perfect for a tourist or business stay.

Accommodation
My studio is cosy and includes a living room with a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a BALCONY with a dining area. The SWIMMING POOL will be much appreciated in summer, when you can relax and sunbathe under the Côte d'Azur sun.
Facilities include: Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Terrace, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.
Mougins is a town that gives you the chance to get to grips with the local gastronomy, and sample the delights of the region in the restaurants. What's more, with the location of my accommodation, you won't be able to miss the main attractions to visit such as: the Musée d'Art Classique 13 min away by car, the Chapelle de Notre-Dame de Vie 7 min away, the Office de Tourisme 13 min away, the Musée de la photographie 13 min away, the Eco Parc 5 min away and the Étang de Fontmerle 7 min away.
You'll be 16 and 14 minutes respectively from the Vieux Port and the Croisette Beach in Cannes.
For your shopping needs, Carrefour Express is a 14-minute drive away;
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
