Only one toilet worked out of the two planned for a week, low water flow making it impossible to use the showers simultaneously, shower heads and pipes out of order (changed after a week), swimming pool never maintained (only chlorine pebble deposited once a week) resulting in a 3-day breakdown and water treatment with shock chlorine (impossible to use the pool for a day). Garden not maintained for 2 weeks (leaf in pool). Gate out of order: need to force it back on rails each time it opens and closes.
