When we arrived, the apartment was open because the lock didn't work. We called the agency and they sent us a locksmith. We waited for an hour, which prevented us from getting out. Then I thought that animals were forbidden and there surprise the people downstairs had a dog that barked, although the masters made him quiet and down next to this apartment there were three cages of birds and they were very noisy. So the start of our vacation got off to a bad start. The apartment itself was nice and clean.
