Only 400 meters from the sublime white sandy beaches and not far from the city center of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, this pied-à-terre is the ideal place for a stay of up to 8 people.
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom, a bathroom as well as a large garden with trees and a sheltered and furnished terrace to enjoy a good meal outside!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso filter and pod coffee maker
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190), a large closet and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80x190), a large closet and a desk.
Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 527 m² with a large sheltered terrace of 50 m², facing south and furnished with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people, chairs, garden furniture, a bench and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!
Neighborhood:
The accommodation is ideally located at 400 m from the beach: accessible by a private road then a wooden footbridge overhanging the lake, cross the maquis to finally arrive on the splendid beach of Pinarello and its multiple straw huts! You will also be close to Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio where you will find all the necessary conveniences: bakeries, butchers, mini-markets, stores, restaurants, bars, markets, doctors, pharmacies, osteopaths etc..
Activities :
- Relaxation on the beach and water sports: sailing, diving, paddle, jet ski..
- Hiking: Arca Valley, I Canni, Punta Capicciola, GR20.
- Visit of the Purciella reserve and swimming in its natural pool, Bavella massif...
- Visit of the villages and towns around : Porto-Vecchio, Lecci, Zonza, Propriano, Sartène...
- Canyoning, horse riding, mountain biking, tree climbing...
Transportation :
