Welcome to Villa Léonie! This large house of 300 m² has all the amenities that allow you to spend a beautiful time with family or friends. Located on the coast of legends 2 km from the village of Ménéham, and the beach, 800m from the village of Kerlouan with its shops and market. This house is an old farmhouse that we have completely renovated in order to bring you excellent comfort.
A stone's throw away: the bay of Goulven, a nature reserve, discovers at low tide a large area conducive to sand yachting and kite surfing... The sailing center is only 5 minutes away by car.
Linen is provided and the beds are made, all you have to do is drop off your suitcases. .

On the ground floor:: The large living room, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a glass roof separates us from the beautiful indoor pool and a south-facing glass bay overlooks a terrace and the garden. West side and is a room with garden view.
The parking, the garden, the terrace, the living room, the swimming pool, the kitchen and the rooms on the ground floor are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
On the 1st floor two bedrooms also overlooking the garden.
On the 2nd floor a room dedicated to children with 4 trundle beds.
For babies you have two beds, two high chairs and two bathtubs.
