In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June onwards, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, fee-paying laundry (washer/dryer).
New 56 m2 ground-floor apartment, facing the sea, for 4/6 people with 2 bedrooms.
It comprises a 23m2 living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat-screen TV, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen. One bedroom with sea view: double bed 160x200, dressing room, and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190 that can be placed close together, dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Bright apartment with large bay window opening onto a 14m2 terrace with garden furniture. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence. Free private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
