Property for exclusive use
Old restored stone house 210 m2, able to accommodate 10 people with its 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Guests have access to a garden with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, barbecue, wood-burning oven and shared parking 30 meters away. The accommodation is equipped with internet connection, central heating, baby cots and high chairs. Panoramic position.
External areas
The house is located in a small group of dwellings and has two gardens, one at the front and one at the back. The front garden, equipped with table, chairs and deckchair, portable barbecue and wood-burning oven, is shaded by a pergola and is ideal for enjoying breakfast or a glass of Chianti. The rear garden is larger and much shadier thanks to the presence of trees, fenced in and bordering the other gardens, furnished with table and chairs; it is particularly suitable for children's games. Interiors
Antica Torre is characterized by different levels, typical of the old farmhouses of the area. The main entrance is on the second floor (accessed via an external stone staircase) and opens onto the large living room with fireplace, TV and dining area, large separate kitchen with fully-equipped fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. A few steps lead down to the first floor, where you'll find a fully equipped cooking area, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the outside, 1 large double bedroom with living area opening onto the covered loggia and rear garden, 2 bathrooms with shower. Laundry room (washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board).
Location
The house is one of a small group of residences, almost all of which are occupied on weekends or occasionally. It is set in the hills at around 500 meters above sea level and surrounded by countryside.

The house, immersed in green countryside, lies in the hills in the heart of the Chianti region. It's a strategic position for getting to all the more famous towns in this part of Tuscany. The larger town of Greve in Chianti is just 10 km away, and even Florence can be reached in around 35 minutes. The other famous towns are also within easy reach along the Route Chiantigiana, enjoying splendid panoramic views.
