Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property features 2,000 m2 of fully fenced garden, much of it laid to lawn, with large trees, shade plants and shrubs, creating a particularly comfortable environment in which to spend pleasant moments of relaxation and outdoor living. Inside the garden is the swimming pool, which measures 12x6 with a depth of 1.50 metres. It features a solarium area, equipped with sunbeds and a cold-water shower. On one side of the house, guests have at their disposal a panoramic covered loggia equipped with table, chairs, stone barbecue and wood-burning oven, ideal for al fresco dining. The house has been recently restored, while maintaining the characteristics of the original materials, such as wooden beams, terracotta and stone walls, thus keeping intact the magical atmosphere of ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The main entrance, on the first floor, opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and direct access to the outside. Next door is a well-equipped cooking area with table for 6. Position
The residence (700 m slnm) is immersed in the green Tuscan hills overlooking the magnificent woods of Mount Amiata. The panorama is evocative, with the countryside changing colors according to the season. The farm is just 2.5 km from Abbadia San Salvatore, named after an ancient Benedictine abbey founded before the middle of the 8th century.

The Chianti area is about 2 hours away by car. Lovers of woodland walks can visit Monte Amiata.
