Property for exclusive use
Beautiful property recently restored and transformed into a pleasant country house in a location that makes it easy to visit the whole of Umbria. Close to the town of Deruta, renowned for its ceramics, and the old village of Montecastello, rich in history and famous for its 19th-century theater, reputed to be the smallest in the world. The Il Nocino property is part of a large estate that also includes the Il Moraiolo and Il Roseto residences, each with its own swimming pool, for a total of 22 beds, an ideal solution for a large group of friends wishing to vacation together while preserving their privacy. The exterior of Casale il Nocino features a well-kept garden equipped with a porch for alfresco dining and a swimming pool with hydromassage area (3x11 meters) (18/05-30/09). It is also possible to use, on request and against payment, a wellness center (closed in July and August), shared with two other apartments but for exclusive use (2-3 people in rotation, adults over 18 only), located about 100 meters from the accommodation and equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area and massages. The price includes cleaning during the week (Wednesday). On request and payable locally: extra domestic help, cook, baby-sitter and cooking lessons. The accommodation is equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi Internet access and air conditioning. Parking on the property. ATTENTION: arrivals between 5 and 7 pm.
