Property for exclusive use
The property is located in an old country village in the hills surrounding Leonardo da Vinci's birthplace. All around are olive groves, vineyards and houses scattered across the countryside. On clear days, the view stretches from the Apennine mountains to the coast. Strolling through the narrow streets and countryside is a little like taking in the emotions of Leonardo da Vinci, who found inspiration for his immortal works here. In the garden, guests have access to an illuminated above-ground swimming pool (01/05-30/09) with children's play area, a barbecue and a terrace for outdoor dining. Guests also have access to a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board and iron) in the basement. The house is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, Wifi Internet, mosquito nets on the windows, mountain bikes available. On request and payable on site: guided sightseeing tours, visits to wineries and gourmet restaurants, domestic help, cook and baby-sitter. Parking on the property.
