Exclusive use property
EXCLUSIVE USE PROPERTY Classic Tuscan farmhouse with outbuilding, 450 m2 in total, with swimming pool and hydromassage, suitable for 16 people with 8 double bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 1 service bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, TV, washing machine, billiard table and parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The exterior features a large 10,000 m2 area with fenced garden, salt-purified swimming pool measuring 13x6 with a depth of 1.00/2.40 m, heated hydromassage pool (2x2 m with a depth of 0.80 m; for 5 people, by reservation), outdoor shower with hot water, loggia with wood-burning oven and outdoor breakfast table, sunbeds, parasols, stone barbecue. Parking on the property.
Interiors.
The main house is a typical classical farmhouse designed by the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Leopoldo di Lorena.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace (TV), dining room with exit to garden, billiard room, kitchen with access to garden. The different areas on the first floor are separated by large brick arches. 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine.
1 entrance/small living room with small cooking area and access to the loggia, also accessible via an old external staircase, 3 double bedrooms (air-conditioning and TV) with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
2 Et. 1 double bedroom (with divisible beds), in the former dovecote, open onto the small living room accessed by a wooden staircase, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning.
All rooms have ceiling fans.

Position
This is the classic Tuscan country house, set on a small hill surrounded by olive groves and cultivated fields. In the province of Siena, very close to the province of Arezzo. Excellent solution for vacations with a group of friends or large families.
Facilities
The accommodation is equipped with heating, air conditioning in bedrooms, mosquito nets and TV in all bedrooms and living room, 2 cots, high chair, internet connection, fitness room, courtesy set in bathrooms, 3 bicycles.
Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), internet connection, water, electricity, gas (except heating), high chair and cot. On request and payable on site, possibility of organizing dinners, household help, baby-sitter, rental of 3 bicycles.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. Pets are welcome, subject to payment. Surcharge payable on site for use of jacuzzi, which must be booked at least 2 weeks before date of arrival. Arrivals must be between 4pm and 7pm. All arrivals outside these times must be notified and agreed in advance. The farm is not suitable for groups of young people.
Location and distances
Casale le Rondini is located in the Tuscan countryside south of Siena. Siena and Arezzo offer numerous excursion possibilities. Minor centers worth visiting are Montepulciano, Pienza in the Crêtes Siennoises and Montalcino with its famous wine. In all these towns, you'll find restaurants and trattorias that are well worth sampling authentic Tuscan dishes.
