Property for exclusive use
The Villa dei Medici property is made up of two villas, restructured with great care and equipped with all amenities, with a total surface area of 350 m2, capable of accommodating up to 16 people with 8 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a shower room. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the houses have a private, panoramic swimming pool, a large park, a panoramic terrace and a loggia equipped for meals. They are equipped with wifi internet connection, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, barbecue, table tennis and parking.
External areas and swimming pool
An elegant iron gate opens onto the tree-lined driveway, fully immersed in the verdant nature of an enormous park, terraced in places with an Italian-style ornamental garden. From the villas, a small driveway leads down to the terrace where the swimming pool is located, enjoying an enchanting panoramic view of the hills. Paved on the outside, the rectangular pool measures 10x5 with a depth of 1.5 meters, and features a solarium area equipped with external shower, sunbeds and parasols that help make every sunset aperitif even more special. The main villa has a pleasant loggia overlooking the countryside; it is furnished with a round table and wicker chairs on the first floor and garden furniture on the first-floor terrace, while the guest house, in pronounced Liberty style, has a panoramic terrace running along three sides of the villa perfectly equipped for outdoor grilling: one part is furnished with a long table, parasols and barbecue, and the other with sofas, armchairs and a ping-pong table. Interiors
Finely furnished, these two magnificent 15th-century villas, which once belonged to the Medici family, are equipped with all amenities. The main villa is set over 2 levels that communicate from the inside. On the first floor is a beautiful entrance hall that opens onto the dining room, the small living room with fireplace and access to the veranda linked by a magnificent arcade, the well-equipped kitchen, where a set of red brick arches, beams and terracotta floor unite perfectly with the designer furnishings. The laundry room and a shower room complete the first floor. The second floor comprises an entrance hall with access to a large panoramic terrace, 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with en-suite shower rooms (one of which is not air-conditioned), 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The other villa, about 50 meters from the main villa, is located entirely on the second floor and is furnished with refined, designer features. The entrance leads to the bright living room with TV, sofas and armchairs, a small lounge with fireplace, the dining room connected to the large panoramic terrace, the well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower. The sleeping area comprises 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower (this room is not air-conditioned), 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower.

The villa lies in a splendid position amidst the enchanting green hills of Tuscany, ideal for exploring the surrounding medieval towns and villages, such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano, which are less than 1 hour away. The great Leonardo da Vinci drew his inspiration from this region, and in the nearby town of Vinci, you can visit Leonardo's house and an interesting museum dedicated to him. The history of the Medici family is also inextricably linked to this land, home to ancient traditions dating back to the Renaissance. There are many possibilities for excursions.
