Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Villa Marisa is immersed in the lush greenery of a large, partly lawned park, dotted and shaded all around by secular, long-trunked trees. The 8x5-meter, 1.5-meter-deep swimming pool with hydromassage is a modern construction made of organic materials, paved on the outside and furnished with sunshades and sunbeds, located in a shady position right in front of the villa. The villa features a number of relaxation areas, including a covered veranda furnished for alfresco dining, and two enchanting panoramic terraces with outdoor furniture and views over the countryside. Access to the parking area inside the property is via a tree-lined driveway that slopes gently uphill.
Interiors
Soberly furnished in incomparable classic style, the villa features marble flooring, decorations, fabrics and valuable furniture. The house extends over 2 levels plus an attic floor, communicating not only from the inside, but also from the outside. The first floor opens onto a large, bright living room with precious Carrara marble flooring, sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, piano and games table. Next door is the dining room with fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the pool and a small lounge. A double bedroom, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and a utility room with a second fridge and a laundry room with tumble dryer complete the first floor.
