A splendid 16th-century villa in Lucca, perfectly restored in keeping with the typical characteristics of the mansions of the period; at the same time, modifications and endowments have been made to turn it into a luxurious, comfortable villa for guests of refined taste who wish to enjoy the charms of a historic villa without having to forego their usual comforts. Situated on a hilltop between Lucca and the Versilia coast, the property offers a marvellous panorama of the hills and surrounding wooded countryside, cultivated with olive trees and small vineyards. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, particularly well-tended and well-equipped for pleasant outdoor dining. A little further down from the villa is the swimming pool (12x6m)(15/05-30/09) with saltwater system and equipped with parasols and sunbeds. The property consists of two buildings: the villa and the outbuilding, which can be rented together for 13 people in July and August, or for 8 people (without the outbuilding) the rest of the year. Not far from the villa, in a totally independent position, is the house of the janitor, who speaks several languages and is on hand to help guests during their stay without interfering in any way with their privacy.
The accommodation is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and Wifi internet access. The price includes 5 hours of domestic help per day 5 times a week. Parking on the property. Electric car charging available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 4pm and 7pm (arrivals after 7pm incur a surcharge of 50 euros; arrivals after 10pm incur a surcharge of 100 euros). All arrivals outside these times must be notified and agreed in advance.
