Part of a small modern semi-detached villa of 80 m2, where the owners live in the other part of the house, suitable for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with shower. At the disposal of the guests a reserved garden, an above ground swimming pool, a covered parking. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, internet connection, baby bed and high chair.
External areas and swimming pool
In front of the house there is a beautiful fenced garden of 1000 m2, well cared for and equipped. On the grassy area there is an above-ground swimming pool reserved for guests, measuring 4x8 with a depth of 1.50 meters. Next to the pool is the solarium area with deckchairs, sunbeds and an external shower, while on one side of the meadow guests will find a large gazebo with a table for pleasant outdoor dinners and a portable barbecue, children's games and a ping-pong table. The parking lot is located on the property.

The small villa has two floors. On the raised first floor there is 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 single bedroom with additional bed with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 bathroom with shower.
In the basement (high windows) there is the living/dining room with double sofa bed, TV and well equipped kitchenette.
Position
The small villa is located at the foot of the hills, in a sunny and quiet residential area, not far from the city center. From the garden you can see the countryside and other small villas. In the distance the hills surrounding the valley.

Lucca and Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower are worth a visit.
