Property for exclusive use
Old stone building of 150 m2 suitable for 10 people with 4 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. Exclusive use of garden, swimming pool and whirlpool for 4 people, portable barbecue. Shared parking. The owners live in a small part of the structure but are not entirely independent.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The house is surrounded by various grassy or paved areas on several levels, equipped with tables and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. The swimming pool, just a few meters down the road from the house, is situated on an earthwork in a perfect position to enjoy the panoramic view over the woods and countryside. The oval-shaped pool measures 10 x 5 with a depth of 1.65 metres and is surrounded by a solarium area with sun loungers, parasols, external shower, a beautiful paved wooden gazebo with a small attached bar for al fresco dining, a portable barbecue and an external hydromassage pool (150 cm diameter) for 4 people. A small part of the garden is equipped with children's play equipment, all for the exclusive use of guests. Parking on the property (3 cars) shared with the owners and others.
Interiors
The interiors feature traditional Tuscan elements such as wooden-beamed attics and terracotta floors; the furnishings are enriched with original antique and modern elements in rustic Tuscan style. The residence is laid out over two levels, connected by external staircases. The main entrance on the first floor opens onto a small corridor with a laundry room and a well-equipped kitchen with table and chairs. Up 3 steps is the living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Up 4 steps from the living room is 1 double bedroom with cot. From the hallway, a staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises a hallway, a large fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a small storeroom.
Location
Casa Rebecca is not isolated, but close to other properties on the outskirts of a small village, and enjoys a wonderful view of the hills, with vineyards and olive groves alternating with the typical woods of the Tuscan countryside.

The property is equipped with Wi Fi internet access, cot and high chair, heating, courtesy set, parking.

Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), internet connection, water, electricity and gas (except heating), cot and high chair. On request and payable on site, we can organize cooking classes, dinners and wine tastings, sports and relaxation massages, housekeeper and baby-sitter services, and horse-riding excursions.
Important information
The swimming pool and whirlpool are open from 01/5 to 30/9. Access to the house via 100 m of dirt road. The owner lives in a small part of the house, but guarantees exclusive use of the property and pool. The owner owns 2 dogs.
Activities and distances
The Chianti region lies in central Tuscany, between the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo, and is the perfect destination for discovering the many testimonies of the past. Greve, Radda, Gaiole and Panzano in Chianti are all in the vicinity and can be reached by taking the "strada Chiantigiana", from which you can admire unforgettable landscapes. Other Tuscan towns of equal renown are the art cities of Siena, Florence, Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano, all within easy reach in half an hour's drive.
