Splendid single-storey villa in the heart of the magnificent "Lagoni di Mercurago" park on the outskirts of Arona, on the western shore of Lake Maggiore. The villa, built in 1960 by a famous architect, has recently been restored and furnished in modern style. From several parts of the property, and especially from the large garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the medieval fortress of Angera on the opposite shore. The 600 m2 villa is composed of a circular main body housing the large living room, formerly a ballroom, and two wings with identical corridors, one leading to a large dining room and the other to the bedrooms. The result is a house with a distinctive airplane-like structure. The interiors are spacious and bright, with a wide range of colors, predominantly white. Guests have at their disposal a well-kept garden with covered patio and swimming pool (12x5) (15/05-30/09). Domestic help included in the price (10 hours per week compulsory). Central heating. Parking. ATTENTION: Arrivals must take place between 4pm and 7pm (for arrivals after 8pm, a surcharge of 50 euros will apply; for arrivals after 10pm, a surcharge of 100 euros will apply). All arrivals outside these times must be notified and agreed in advance.

Right wing: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
