Property for exclusive use
Typical Tuscan stone barn of 130 m2 for 3 people with 1 double bedroom, a single sofa-bed, 2 full bathrooms and a service bathroom. Guests have access to a large garden, a small private above-ground swimming pool, a shaded pergola equipped with barbecue, SPA with Turkish bath and hydro-massage. Suitable for families looking for a peaceful vacation in contact with nature.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The barn is surrounded on all 4 sides by a vast garden dotted with cypress and fruit trees, where a graceful above-ground swimming pool, fully fenced and rectangular in shape, measures 4x3 with a depth of 1.20 meters, ideal for relaxing and cooling off on hot summer days. The accommodation features a splendid shaded veranda, equipped with table and chairs, portable barbecue for al fresco dining and sunbeds. Parking is available on the property.
Interiors
The structure has been tastefully restructured, retaining elements typical of the Tuscan tradition, such as the characteristic wooden beam ceilings and walls formed of brick honeycomb structures (the "mandolate") and consists of two main floors, plus a basement floor. The main entrance is on the first floor and opens onto the living area with fireplace, satellite TV and single sofa-bed, along with a well-equipped dining room/kitchen and 1 service bathroom. Ascending to the second floor, we find a single large double bedroom with a bed located in an original way in the center of the room, a romantic fireplace and a bathroom with bathtub. The basement floor features a private SPA with Turkish bath, hydro-massage bathtub, checkroom, bathroom with shower and separate shower.
Position
Fienile di Casavecchia is set in a natural park boasting numerous species of wildlife such as hare, wild goat, pheasant and wild boar, as well as trails winding along rivers, yet very close to Florence. It's the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with all the conveniences of a luxury villa.
