Property for exclusive use
Large detached villa in typical Tuscan style, 380 m2 in size, sleeps 12 with 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The private, fenced-in swimming pool and large garden with equipped veranda make it an excellent destination for groups of friends and families with children who like to relax in the open air. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi internet connection, satellite TV and parking on the property.
External spaces
Villa la Mandragola offers vast open spaces fully fenced in. In front of the house is a large paved area with veranda equipped with table, chairs and rustic barbecue for al fresco dining. The fenced-in, rectangular swimming pool, measuring 8x4 and 1.50 meters deep, sits in a beautiful, elevated position behind the house. It is accessible by climbing a few steps, paved on the outside and equipped with a shower, sunbeds and parasols for total relaxation. Guests have access to an external laundry room with washing machine. Ample parking for several cars on the property.
Interiors
Distributed over two levels plus an attic floor, the villa has been carefully restructured and furnished with all modern comforts. The furnishings are classic, in the rustic Tuscan style, with high wooden ceilings, terracotta floor tiles and arched windows and French windows. The main entrance is on the first floor, which comprises a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large room with a table suitable for children. A stone staircase leads to the second floor, where we find another spacious living/dining room, a second fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with shower and bath. A wooden staircase leads to the attic floor, where you'll find a twin bedroom.
Location
The villa lies in a very quiet, secluded position, surrounded by the Tuscan hills and immersed in the olive groves of Chianti Classico, just a few kilometers from San Casciano Val di Pesa, and offers many interesting opportunities for those wishing to explore this unspoilt landscape.

Villa La Mandragola is equipped with Wifi internet connection, central heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets on windows, cot, high chair, toiletries in bathrooms; parking on the property.
Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, air conditioning, electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, high chair (on request). On request and payable on site, we can organize cooking classes, dinners, domestic help, wine tours or book mountain bikes, museums, restaurants and hot-air balloon rides.
Important information
Swimming pool open from 01/05 to 31/10. Check-in must take place between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm (arrivals after 6:00 pm will incur a surcharge of 50 euros). All arrivals outside these times must be notified and agreed in advance. Access to the property via 1 kilometer of dirt road. Pets allowed on request. For stays with pets, the deposit will be 200,00 Eu. Reception does not provide a transfer service to the villa, 3 km away.
