Property for exclusive use
Bindaccio is an independent wing of a Chateau with private pool and whirlpool, able to accommodate 7 people with 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with bath and shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. The residence is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning and offers weekly cleaning. Outside, guests have at their disposal a garden and panoramic terraces equipped with barbecue and parking facilities.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The external areas feature a magnificent 150 m2 garden, completely fenced in, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama. In the garden there is also a beautiful swimming pool measuring 7x5 with a depth varying from 1.3 to 1.9 meters, a room with external barbecue, a table for 8-10 people, a washbasin, a fridge and crockery, suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners. Guests also have access to two magnificent panoramic terraces: one on the second floor of the house, furnished with a small table and armchairs; the other, on the second floor of the house, is equipped with a modern Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub for 6 people, with a breathtaking view of the Sienese Chianti, sun beds and an external shower. Parking for 2 cars on the property.
Interiors
The 220 m2 residence is distributed over three floors and was renovated in 2017. It is furnished with care and elegance, in full respect of the tradition and style that characterize aristocratic country homes in Tuscany. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, small living room with TV, dining room, large, well-equipped kitchen and 1 service bathroom.
On the second floor are 1 double bedroom with bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.
Location
The Château stands on a hill some 500 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views. We're in the heart of Tuscany, in the middle of the countryside; since the 10th century, the property has belonged to a very old noble family, who made the history of Chianti. For over 40 years, it has also been a renowned farm, producing excellent wines and oil.

The accommodation is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, courtesy sets in bathrooms, cot, high chair, parking for 2 cars on the property.
Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and pool (changed weekly), 2-hour cleaning service (1 day mid-week), wifi internet connection, air conditioning, electricity and water, cot and high chair. On request and payable on site: cooking lessons, cook, baby-sitter and extra hours of domestic help.
