Property for exclusive use
Villanova is an elegant art nouveau villa set in the Umbrian countryside near Perugia. All around are vineyards, cultivated fields and orchards, separated from the villa by a beautiful park with secular trees. A network of paths offers pleasant, relaxing walks, leading to a small lake where swans, ducks and geese can be observed. In a corner of the park we find the irregular-shaped swimming pool (14x6 with a maximum depth of 1.3 m, plus a circular area with a diameter of 5 m and a depth of around 80 cm, ideal for children)(01/05-30/09), equipped with solar shower and two changing rooms with bathrooms and showers. Near the pool, you'll find a large covered barbecue area (approx. 30 m²) with semi-professional equipment (electric pizza oven, fridge, sink, wood-fired barbecue). The villa is ideal for groups of friends or large families wishing to spend their vacations alternating between cultural visits to the historic centers of Perugia and Assisi, and sporting activities such as golf or boat trips on Lake Trasimeno. The most famous centers of southern Tuscany, such as Arezzo, Chiusi, Montepulciano and others, are within easy reach. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the property retains all the charm of the period and is distributed over three levels, connected by a large wooden staircase on the north side and by a service staircase and elevator (the staircase is also used by the villa's janitor) on the south side. The villa has recently been modernized, with all the modern conveniences required for a comfortable and elegant stay. The villa is equipped with central heating, a crib and a Wi fi internet connection. Domestic help, cooking lessons, cooker available on request. Parking on the property.
