Restored farmhouse set on a hillside overlooking the plain of the Arno Valley. Surrounded by olive groves and lush green forests in a relaxing idyllic setting, it makes for a peaceful vacation. The location allows art and culture lovers to quickly reach some of Tuscany's most famous cities: Pisa with its tower on the Piazza dei Miracoli, Lucca and its ancient ramparts, Volterra and its Etruscan remains. Florence is also within easy reach in just 1 hour by car. Those who like to laze on the beach will appreciate the beaches of Versilia. In front of the house is a lovely terrace with barbecue facilities for outdoor dining, and on one side, on a suspended terrace, the swimming pool (11x3.50m; depth 1.40m)(18/5-12/10). Cots (free), domestic help and Internet use payable on site are available on request. Central heating. Parking on property. PLEASE NOTE: small pets are only accepted with the owner's agreement upon confirmation of booking. Access via 1 km dirt track unsuitable for sports cars. For cleaning and tidiness reasons, bed linen and towels must be rented (12 euro/person/change).
