The property is ideal for countless excursions on foot or by bike; and for those who love art and history, it's possible to visit the surrounding villages, churches and monasteries, as well as the most important art cities in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The villa has been restored in keeping with Tuscan tradition, and the tastefully and thoughtfully furnished interior features exposed ceiling beams and terracotta floors. In front of the house is a beautiful swimming pool (12x6m; depth 1.3-2.5 m) (01/05-30/09) with external shower and solarium area equipped with deckchairs, all surrounded by a vast garden. The outdoor area adjoining the living room features a masonry table and barbecue for pleasant, refreshing summer dinners. Cooks, domestic help and cooking lessons are available on request and payable on site. The villa is equipped with a cot and Wifi Internet access included in the price. Parking on the property.
