Property for exclusive use
Beautiful stone house completely restored and transformed into a comfortable and exclusive vacation home, set in the hills of the splendid Sienese countryside. The surrounding countryside is largely surrounded by vineyards for the production of "Nobile di Montepulciano", one of Italy's most famous and appreciated wines, as well as woods and olive groves. The house covers an area of around 450 m2 and is ideal for groups of friends who enjoy a vacation in company, alternating "dolce fa niente" by the pool with excursions to the characteristic towns in the surrounding area: Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni with its characteristic monumental thermal pool, the Etruscan town of Cortona, Orvieto and many more. The proximity of the country house to the outskirts of a small town makes it easy to get around by public transport, and all essential stores are within easy reach. The house is surrounded by a large meadow with flowering shrubs, cypresses and aromatic plants, characterized by a beautiful pergola equipped for pleasant outdoor breakfasts, and by the in-ground shell-shaped swimming pool, hydro-massage area (8x16 approx., depth 1.40 m)(15/05-30/09) well-equipped and with external shower. Comfortable furnishings, including some antique pieces. On request at the time of booking (and payable on site), baby cot and high chair, domestic help, cook, cookery lessons, private car transport service, shopping service on arrival, wine tasting. Five additional single beds are also available (1 single sofa bed and 1 double sofa bed in suites, 2 sofa beds in double rooms on the second floor). Wi-Fi internet connection available. Central heating and air conditioning in all 4 rooms on the 1st floor.
PLEASE NOTE: arrivals between 3pm and 7pm; departures by 9am at the latest. Pets accepted for a fee (100 euro/week/pet).
ACCOMMODATION: Ground floor: large living room (satellite TV), dining room with large brick arch separating it from the well-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and small appliances), 2 double-bedded suites, each with bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Laundry room (washing machine, washbasin), WC. 1°Et: living/reading room with fireplace, 4 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower. All double beds measure 2.10m x 2.10m (king size superior) and 3 double beds can be separated and converted into single beds.
