Villa Pisana is set in the hills overlooking a valley not far from Pisa and to the west of Florence and Siena. The landscape is typically Tuscan, of hills with olive groves on terraced land, vineyards and small woods. The view wanders off into the distance, allowing you to relax and enjoy the sunsets from the poolside. This former 300m2 country house has just been restored, using antique materials but with some modern solutions and techniques. The result is a rather comfortable dwelling, perfect for a very pleasant vacation with friends. The garden is fully enclosed and features an irregular-shaped swimming pool (10.60 x 6.50 prof. 1.20/1.80)(01/05-30/09), a gazebo, a wood-fired oven for amateur pizzaiolo, garden equipment, barbecue and children's games. The position makes it the ideal base for excursions to the cities of Pisa and Etruscan Volterra. The beaches of Versilia and Marina di Pisa are also within easy reach. A visit to Lucca, with its historic center, is a must, as is a visit to Florence, which can be reached in just over an hour. If you're already a connoisseur of Tuscany, you can stay in "dolce far niente" and stroll through the olive groves. Services to be requested at time of booking and paid for on site: transfers and car hire, cookery lessons, domestic help, baby sitter, breakfast service, additional linen change, beauty massages, wine-tour and tastings, personal shopper, Nordic walking, mountain bike hire, excursions and truffle search, purchase of food products to be found on arrival. Cot and high chair included in the price, but to be requested at time of booking. Additional bed on request and payable on site. Parking on property. Access via 2.2 km dirt road. ATTENTION: Non-smoking accommodation.

All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
